Invite: Community Engagement Forum on January 28th
Note: We are no longer accepting RSVPs for this event. Many have already expressed an interest in attending and we likely will exceed our room’s limit capacity, as required for safety reasons by the Fire Department. We ask that for those who have already RSVPed to arrive at least 15 minutes early and form an orderly line. My staff will be available early to help facilitate and answer questions.
My office is working with staff at Elk Grove City Hall to accommodate as many people as possible. If we do exceed capacity, additional guests will be able to watch and participate on a television screen. If the overflow area reaches capacity, we unfortunately may not be able to accommodate further attendees.
It’s incredibly important to me to meet with my fellow neighbors in Sacramento County. If you have any questions, please always feel free to call my office at (916) 635-0505. In addition, if you ever want to ask me a question or share your views, please feel free to contact me. I take great pride in reading your letters and they always make a difference.
My office is hosting a Community Engagement Forum on Saturday, January 28th. Elk Grove Mayor Steve Ly will also participate and the event will be moderated by Elk Grove Councilmember Darren Suen.
We will be there to provide you with an update on national and local issues. My staff will also be available to help you with any issues you may be having with the federal government – everything from backlogged veterans’ benefits, Social Security and Medicare issues, to stalled passports.
