Invite: Water Conservation and Drought Workshop on August 25th
![]() I toured Folsom Lake earlier this year to evaluate the drought’s impact on our region. |
I know California’s historic drought continues to hurt Sacramento County’s families, business owners, and farmers. I’m doing all I can to connect Sacramento County with tools and resources during this difficult time.
That’s why my office will be hosting a new water conservation and drought workshop for local residents on Monday, August 25th. The Regional Water Authority will be there and will be giving away FREE water saving devices such as shower timers. Residents can also learn more about rebates for improving their water efficiency.
