Ami Bera in Studio to Talk Solar, Supreme Court and Zika Virus
The Intel campus on Goethe Road now has what is being called the largest corporate solar-topped carport in the United States.
Those solar panel structures also provide shade for 2,500 cars and are producing close to half the electricity being used at this Intel office when at peak capacity. This new solar system provides enough electricity to also allow Intel to provide an additional 16 electric vehicle charging stations.
