Today, in advance of Thursday’s House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing on the situation in Ukraine, Congressman Ami Bera, M.D. issued the following statement:
Congressman Ami Bera, M.D. participated in the Smithsonian’s new Beyond “Bollywood: Indian Americans Shape the Nation” exhibit ribbon cutting this evening and presented the Smithsonian with a framed entry into the Congressional record recognizing them for their support of the Indian American community.
This week, Congressman Ami Bera, M.D. toured local dairy and cattle farms in Elk Grove and Rancho Murieta, as well as companies in Folsom that rely on the local clean water supply, to survey and bring attention to the local impacts of California's drought.
