RANCHO CORDOVA, CA — Today, U.S. Representative Ami Bera, M.D. (CA-06) and members of his staff volunteered at the Rancho Cordova Food Locker, helping distribute food and pack meals amid rising demand fueled by the ongoing federal government shutdown and delays in the disbursement of November Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.

SACRAMENTO, CA –– Today, U.S. Representative Ami Bera, M.D. (CA-06) joined members of AFGE Local 1230 at Sacramento International Airport (SMF) to show support for Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) employees who are working without pay to keep the traveling public safe amid the ongoing federal government shutdown.
