WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, the House Foreign Affairs Committee unanimously voted to advance the Developing Overseas Mineral Investments and New Allied Networks for Critical Energies (DOMINANCE) Act, bipartisan legislation introduced by Representatives Ami Bera, M.D. (CA-06) and Young Kim (CA-40) to strengthen U.S. energy security, reduce reliance on the People’s Republic of China (PRC) for critical minerals, and build more resilient supply chains with trusted allies and partners.
