Invite: Brain Health Forum on October 6

Brain Health Forum

Alzheimer's Disease remains one of the leading causes of death in America. As a doctor and as the former Chief Medical Officer of Sacramento County, I'm very concerned about how this disease continues to take such a heartbreaking toll on our parents and grandparents.

That's why my office is hosting our 5th annual Brain Health Forum on Tuesday, October 6 from 1pm to 2pm PDT. This year's Forum will focus on COVID-19's impact on Alzheimer's and dementia patients in long-term care communities. I'll be joined by experts from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the California COVID-19 Testing Task Force, and the Alzheimer's Association.

This event is open to the public.

**Please note: this event will be held virtually. A link to join the event will be shared in advance to those who RSVP using the below form**
